After each egg undergoes thorough candling and grading—where it’s inspected for quality, size, and internal defects—it moves to the packing stage. At this point, only eggs that meet our strict quality standards are selected for packaging. They are carefully placed into clean, labeled cartons or trays according to their grade and size, ensuring both safety and traceability. Our packing process is carried out in a hygienic, controlled environment, using automated systems and trained staff to minimize handling and preserve freshness. The result is a consistent, high-quality product that’s ready for storage, transport, and delivery to our customers.
Eggs are weighed & sorted according to size category for AA and A grade eggs (Jumbo Size, Extra Large Size, Large Size, Medium Size, Small Size and Peewee Size). Each of the sizes has a weight requirement that must be met.
Eggs are packed in containers according to their grade and size. Eggs are stored at an appropriate temperature in the cold storage until they are loaded into a vehicle for transport to the retail location.
Once our eggs are carefully cleaned, graded, and packed, they are swiftly moved into our cold storage facilities to maintain peak freshness. From there, our logistics team coordinates timely distribution using temperature-controlled vehicles, ensuring that every shipment meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Whether delivering to local retailers, wholesalers, or export partners, we follow a streamlined process that emphasizes traceability, efficiency, and food safety at every step.
